New Measurements (with pics)

NEW MEASUREMENTS:
Bust: 44 and 7/8"


Waist: 38 1/2"


  Top Hips: 41 3/4"


Hips: 50 5/8 "



Thighs: 29 5/8"


Weight: 235.4 lb


TOTAL Weight Loss: 4.6 lb.


 


You'll notice some are larger than the old ones. I think that's because I measured the wrong area/measured incorrectly. Hopefully from now on it will be accurate.

Another pound lost!

235.4, and I haven't worked out like I normally do at all. And I've been snacking a lot, but I snack on fruit, or portioned cereal, or 100 cal packs.

Gosh, my face cant smile any bigger!!

All i want is sleeeep

I fell asleep at 8- and happily too. And sery woke me up at 9:30. -_-

I wanted to sleep all the way through until 6/7 tomorrow morning. *whine*

I ate a properly portioned "mug" of cheerios (caramel cheerios are the bomb!) with a cup of silk. Mmm mmm good. My mouth is so dry.

We got sery some of THE cutest skirt/shirt and dresses. I think almost 20 outfits total. Before you go off lecturing me, we have 2 separate wardrobes- one for my house, and one for grandmas. And most of my stuff doesnt fit her any more. And shes a diva, and likes picking out her own clothes, so we get tops that go with more than just one bottom.

My favorite one is black w/ zebra print skirt, w/ black shirt that says the wild child in funky colors and zebra print. Lol
So cute! And i have a bow to match.

Waking up early to go work out tomorrow. Im hoping ill fall back asleep by midnight. Wish me luck~

And I've only worked out 2-3 times this past week. I guess portioning really does help! Hah!

Best day ever! Now only...93.2 lbs to go. Rofl. Wish me luck!

Something ive noticed- back in jan/feb i worked out 3-6 days a week, but i ate how i used to.

Now, i eat 1-2 portion sizes, and i try to keep track of it all. And now i work out 1-3 times a week.

I take vitamins too. D,b,c, multi, magnesium, and chromium piccalate.

Magnesium and chromium are supposed to help with weight loss. I guess well see~

Good morning sunshine,

Woke up and hit the stfu button on my iphone alarm app probably about 7-8 times. Then Cyle woke up just before 8, and mentioned breakfast, and my tummy began to beg. So i got up, we portioned out our cereal/milk/juice, then enjoyed breakfast together. (btw, caramel cheerios are amazinnng eith silk very vanilla soy milk)

So then i asked cyle to put away the clean dishes/load the dishwasher with the dirty ones. He did it with a smile- it was SO refreshing to not have to pull teeth to get him to do it.

Then i cleaned up breakfast, put the open cereal into plastic canisters, then started my morning routine- brushed teeth, whitening mouthwash, washed my face with morning wash beads, then put on moisturizer, then put lotion all over my legs/arms. My skin is so soft, and smells so good! It really goves me that happy lift I need in the morning. Then I brushed my hair, which is a huge thing to me, since it gets tangled so easily, and I usually go days without doing it.

Weight wise, I was right at 238.0, but I'm not going to actually update my weight until tomorrows weigh-in.

I REALLY wanna work out this evening after my economics class.

I have a massage appt. at 10. I cant wait- my back's kind of sore from cleaning the house.

I want to start a load of towels before i leave for my massage. Cyle's in there played mass effect 2, so I doubt any cleaning will get done while I'm gone.

When I get home, grandma wants me to go with her to walmart to shop. I'm hoping I can talk her into gettig me some groceries to help me out until i get fs re-approved.

Then I have until 5 to find my eco 2 notebooks, study, and clean. I'm screwed, basically. Lol

I'm hoping she'll let me make an appt with the testing center for ease of open appt times, since her only availability is from 4-6 on wednesdays.

Rawr. I'm in a pretty good mood. I cant wait until friday, when we can get all this garbage out, and my house will look even better. I gotta get the blankets done though- they're the biggest eyesore in the living room/dining area.

Wheeee~ good mood, and a great start to an even better day. :)

But zumba on t/th was cancelled, so i need to get my weekly zumba fix.

Early morning routine day 1

Well. I was up at 6:30.... Then i went back to bed at 7:30-12. Geez. This is hard. I'm thinking the 2 am bedtime plays a big role in my drowsiness.

I ate a yogurt cup, half of an applebees roast beef and mushroom swiss melt, and then took my vitamins/ pills.

(vitamin d, chromium piccalate, centrum for women multi, magnesium, and claritin. ) I forgot to do my nasal spray. Oops. >>

I'm on my way to class atm, a and p, and lab. I studied and reviewed ch 7-9 before i got ready and strted the exam study guides. Hoping that helps me catch up.

No idea what I'm going to do for dinner, something light, then I'm going to try to work out, as long as I'm not too tired.

Ive got 3 more pounds to lose this month. I can do this! I'm getting my life back on track finally. :)

I know I've been MIA...

I've been depressed. Bad. I found out a bunch of health problems, and because of that, my mood plummeted. I've been sick on and off since December on top of it all, and my house went from super clean to a wreck. It's still not 100%, but I would go so far as to give it a 75% back to normal, for the most part. I still have a lot to do though. I missed a lot of school, and I'm really behind. So I've got to go through and bust my butt to keep my grades up. 

But, on a positive note. I've lost 3 pounds. And I have updated pictures.
