(Water Weight?)

I voided my bladder twice and now im 139.4. Is that even possible? Thats 5 lb of urine in 3 hrs. O.o My water bottles didnt feel that heavy.....

I had yesterday off for school, because of MLK day.

Yesterday, I weighed in at 240, on the dot. I also started using My Fitness Pal app for the Iphone again. It's really helpful when it comes to calorie counting.

As far as what I ate yesterday-
I ended up eating at a chinese buffet. I ate a handful of Krab Rangoon w/ Sweet and sour sauce, some sweet and sour shrimp, some fried rice, and some peaches. Next time I'll stick with the soup. Haha.
I got sick, though, and some of the food came back up. (I'm still sick, and a bout of coughing got me gagging.)

That was around 5ish. Then, around 10, I ate 3 chili cheese sausage links. I know it's not healthy, but ohhh they were so good.

Drink wise, I had probably 3 bottles of water, and 2 1/2 cups of Diet V8 berry splash.

I tried a little bit of yoga, and I didnt like it that much. I didn't feel like it was helping really, but it might be nice for a pre-workout kind of thing, or maybe post workout? Or both? Since I'm bad about stretching...

According to my fitness pal, I was under on every aspect of my daily nutrition (fats, cholesterol, sodium, etc...) except for vitamin A, and C. Those I was over the amount that my body can process, by 1-5 to 2x.

But I don't mind that, lol.

The only thing I want to make more of an effort on, is working out on days that I don't have a lot of classes, or I'm out of school for some reason. I just feel better and happier after exercising. And It makes me feel good that I'm working towards my goal.

Today, Tuesday, January 17'th -

I have yet to eat anything, but since we have plans to go out to dinner at Maguires Irish Pub after 8pm, I'm going to try to eat light snacks throughout the day, so I don't pig out tonight. Maybe some weight watchers low fat skim cheese sticks, and some 100 calorie packs of cookies or something. I'll probably end up getting a burger tonight.

I've had 3 bottles of water to drink so far today, but I'll update with the final tally's either tonight, or tomorrow, if I remember to.



It's 10:26, and I just weighed myself at 244. I don't understand how I can gain 4 lbs overnight, unless its from water weight, and I have yet to use the restroom today. When is the best time to weigh yourself anyways? in the morning? At night? I'll weigh my self again tonight, before and after dinner. I think it's interesting how much my weight fluxuates.

If I gain up to 5 lbs in one day, how the hell am I supposed to lose weight!?!

Ugh, Well. I did 1 hour of zumba today, which according to zumba website, it burns 350-900 per hour, so I'm going to average it, and say I burned 500 calories.

I don't have A and P until 4pm, and I'll leave the house at 3-3:15. Cyle doesn't want to get up until 12, and my Keyboaring book is in the car. Soooo.....I'm gonna go spend time with Sery, I guess? When Cyle gets up I wanna play Dance Central, so I can exercise more. lol

Ooh. Maybe I can go to the gym with grandma today? With our one day- passes? I guess it just depends on how she feels. Doesn't hurt to ask- The worst she can say is no. :)

 I posted dates on here, so I can keep track, along with anyone else keeping up.
 I sucked it in for some of them- You can tell which. Others are just me relaxing. Disgusting, isn't it?

Me from new years. I felt pretty that evening. It's a rare occurrence. I want it to start being an every day/every other day thing.


(Falling Behind)

My last post was on January 11'th. Not that anyone can tell by looking at my blog- It doesn't post the day, or the date, just the time. So, from now on, I'll post the day, and the date at the beginning of each post.

So, my last post was on Wednesday, when I was about to go eat at Grape Garden.

I ended up eating a whole order of Krab Rangoon, and a third of my General Chicken w/ Fried Rice - No vegetables in the rice, and I had a sweet tea to drink.

I don't think I ate anything else that night.

Thursday, I was at school from 12-5:30 ish, because Cyle needed to put some programs on Beast's PC. Around 3, Cyle bought a bag of fruit gummies for me, and then I ate half of his chili cheese chip puff things.

I drank 2 bottles of water during this time. After class, we ran to walmart, and then to the ER. I was told I had ear infections, and strep throat, so I got prescribed amoxicillin, and loritab. (because I'm too wimpy to get the booty shots.)

Afterwards, we went to Hardy's, and I got a little thickburger w/ cheese, and a lg Cherry coke, and a lg fry. I ate my sandwich, plus another one later, 1 1/2 fries, and 4 onion rings. I pigged out, because I was hungry, because I didn't eat all day. --NOT GOOD.

Friday, I skipped my HPOG meeting, and I stayed in bed all day. I didn't eat anything or drink anything during the day, but then Cyle went to get my RX's, and went grocery shopping. He came back with a lot of Diet/Light V8 fruit drinks/tea, and he made me cream of mushroom soup (I ate one then, and then another before I went to sleep), and I had a whole sleeve of unsalted tops crackers in each. (Not healthy, I know, but It's tastier.) I drank a few water bottles, and then reused the empty bottle to drink rasberry tea, and pinapple mango v8. I like them because they have a lot of vitamins and minerals, that are healthy for me, and they have fruit and vegetable servings.

Saturday, I ate 2 100 calorie packs of little cookies with chocolate drizzle, and then Cyle brought home pulled pork and mac n cheese and a cake slice from Ms. Terri's birthday party. I ate half the cake slice, 3/4 of the two small pulled pork sandwiches, and 1/3 of the mac n cheese on the plate. I drank rasberry tea with it. I also finished off a water bottle saturday.

Today is Sunday, 1/15, and I have yet to eat or drink anything, besides what I drank to take my medicine. I'll probably make soup, or ask grandma for chicken noodle soup, but chicken noodle is so salty, unless you get the low sodium type. I'm planning on trying to play Dance Central on Workout mode today, if I feel up to it. My ears are hurting bad though, and I'm coughing up phlegm, so we'll see.

BUT! I'm finally uploading pictures, so I'll have those here in a bit. Warning- I'm fat, and horribly ugly. I'm working on it though, and I'm trying to get healthier-- That's what counts!

Ooh. I forgot, we have vegetables in the crock pot. Grean beans, carrots, and potatoes. Mmm. That's gotta be kinda healthy, right?


I fixed myself a can of cream of mushro soup with milk, with oyster crackers. Ive had another dose of my medicines and 2 bottles of water.
