(Treadmill, I choose you!)

Good morning. Geez, it's early.
I have worked out M-Th so far this week, without a break, and I have yet to be sore. Last night while working out my legs were a little stiff, but I have yet to be sore the day after. THANK GOD.

We forgot to get a measuring tape. I really need to get one of those today so I can start doing measurements.

I bought a workout/exercise diary to help keep track of all of my exercise. I did really well yesterday, 100 crunches on the machine, 10 normal ones, 2 mi on the bike, and 1 mi on the treadmill.

Yesterday, I had chicken noodle soup w/ a can of water, and a bowl of crock pot beef stew with carrots and potatoes, and half a can of mountain dew. Other than the half can, all I had to drink yesterday was water, and flavored water with 0sugar 0cal, etc... So calorie wise, I believe I was under.


Schedule-wise, Yesterday was extremely eventful. (as are the next few weeks, too)


Yesterday (Thursday)-

About to go get dressed, then get Sery ready,

then go to the walmart,

then target,

Go to sallys,

go to bealls outlet,

College to withdraw cash,

then the mall - Belks, Lane Bryant, and Maurices. Not necessarily in that order.

And I gotta get home by 3, class from 4-5:15,

then stopping by the house,picking up workout clothes,

picking up Sarah Del Valle,

then mall again to buy the clothes I tried on in the AM,

and let Sarah buy her dress,

then to the gym to work out!



Whew! Talk about a busy day!! :)





(Today) Friday-

*I have Sery until 3 today

Stopping by the college to withdraw cash,

Then going BACK to Lane Bryant to pick up the stuff I put on hold/order more for my next trip.

going to my Mary Kay lady, Ms. Dora around 12:30,

then picking up Cyle at the airport at 2,

Going to my chiropractor in gulf breeze at 4:15,BUT if I can get there by 3, they may be able to squeeze me in early,

Then home by 5-6, Pick up work-out Clothes,

Then Gym until 8pm when they close.



Saturday-

Photo Shoot w/ Sarah around 11ish for Maurices Model Shoot, downtown location, possibly a picnic lunch.

I need to get together with Ms. Tonya either today, or tomorrow, to study for A and P test on Tuesday.

Oh, and I need to work out.(open 8-8)



Sunday-

Is sheila's birthday, so gma and sheila are going to the melting pot for dinner, so I'll have Sery,

cleaning house, spending the day with Cyle and Sery,

Working out hopefully. (open 8-8)

Grandma's ordering pizza for dinner. I'll need to work out EXTRA hard to burn those cals!!! (Or was it on sat?)



Monday-

Test in Comp Concepts (9-10:15)

Then I need to go to the Gym (24 hrs)

Pack for Tally





Tuesday-

Gmas birthday!

8:30-9:30 Zumba class

Bfast w/ Gma

11am Massage for Gma,

12pm for my massage

Fingers and Toes @ L. A. Nails (1:30-3)

A and P/ A and P lab (4-7:20pm)

Work out

Pack for Tally





Wednesday-

Hair appt (trim and straighten) @ 9:15am

Grab Healthy Breakfast Somewhere

Be at PSC by 11:30

Depart at 12pm, for Tally



I'll be gone until Friday at 12.

I'm going to try to work out while I'm gone, at the hotel.



Saturday, Feb 4'th-

Julie's Bridal Shower @ 12:30pm (In Pace)

Work out (open 8-8)



Sunday-

Monday-

MY 21'ST BIRTHDAY! (Also My great uncle's birthday!)

Tuesday-

Zumba (8:30-9:30)

(Possibly massage in between 10-3)

A&P (4pm-7:20)

Work out (open 24 hrs)



Wednesday-

Comp Concepts (9-10:15)

SGA meeting @ 2pm

Make up test between 4-6 for Economics

Economics (6pm-8:40)

Work out (open 24 hrs)



Thursday-

Zumba (8:30-9:30)

(Possibly massage in between 10-3)

A&P (4pm-5:15)



Friday-

Sister's 12'th birthday



Saturday (Feb 11) -

Habitat for Humanity (8am-2pm)



It may not look that bad, but it's just CONSTANT running. And there's more chiropractor appts needed throughout feb 6-10. 2 more, to be exact. And a massage. Phew!

I'm exhausted, but I'm having trouble sleeping while Cyle's in Va with his mom. He comes back Friday at 2pm, I can't WAIT!

Anyways, I worked out monday night, did zumba tuesday AM, worked out tuesday night, worked out wed night, and I'm going to zumba at 8:30 this am. Which is why, after this post, I'm passing the F out!

I've been half-ass following my eating/working out on My Fitness Pal. I wish there was an easy way to Xfer all of it's data onto here, but I'm lazy.....Maybe I'll do it tomorrow, if I have time. I weighed in at 242.4 today, btw. I took a picture, I just haven't charged my camera battery, and it died on me.

Blegh. Hope the new blog layout is working all right. I need to add a follow button, but I'm tired, so I'll work on it again tomorrow. <3 Night~

See? I'm horrible at blogging on this thing. I wish you could see my personal day calendar. It's filled the point where I have 1-2 hour blocks free every day, at the most.

I've been eating horribly. I ate Mc Donalds 2-3 times (Lg meals on top of it), and I ate an app. sampler at Mc Guires, and I ate a LOT at waffle house last night.

But I've done zumba 3-4 times I think, every tuesday, I've missed every thursday so far, but I'm going this thursday, dangit. She said if the class gets cancelled after this month, that she'll move it to a diff. location, and refund the money we already paid.

I started working out yesterday, and I feel amazing. It's really a good feeling to feel motivated. :)




Thought these were all pretty neat, and they're just neat little reminders of how a) I can do it, and b) to not give up, and c) the long term goal - Healthy! :)
