My thigh muscles are totally having an epic lightsaber duel right now. Just got done doing the bike and treadmill @ the gym.
I feel so...upset...with myself. Because of time constraints i didnt work out fri,sat,or sun, because the gym closes at 8pm those days, and usually I'm free to work out from 7 or 8 until 9/10.
But because its been a while, and because i started my period, and because i did zumba this am, my workout at the gym this evening is 2/3 of what i normally do. :/
I have to make sure that a) i work out while I'm in tally and b) i never go that ling without exercising again.
However, to make up for my legs being pussies (for lack of a better word), i did 4 reps of 50, with 30 lbs per crunch on the abs machine. :)
