I made this blog because I went from a size 13/14 pants size to a 20, during my pregnancy, and now I'm up to a 22-24, and I hate my way I look. This is my way of showing myself I CAN DO IT, while keeping up with all of my progress.
This Week's Goals
New Lifestyle; New Me
For the week of September 23-30:
Sleep - by 12pm (3/3 nights) be up by 9am (3/3 mornings)
Eat - 3 meals (0/3 days) Eat out LESS THAN (3/3 times) Something for Breakfast (1/3 days)
Health - Take Vitamins (0/5 days) Exercise (8/5 times) and in the Gym (4/2 times)
Clean - the bedroom by Wednesday Laundry caught up by Sunday Keep the Kitchen clean every day!
Get the Garbage out by Thursday PM
As of today, I have FAILED the following goals:
Starting tomorrow, my goals will run Sunday - Saturday, and I will try to update them as I complete them. Hopefully it'll make me more aware of what I'm doing/not doing, and force me to get on Blogger, and update everything.
Self-Reflection

So far, I have FAILED the following goals:
Eat 3 meals a day (0/3 days), Eat out less than (3/3 times), Eat something for breakfast (1/3 days), and take vitamins (0/5 days)."
I don't eat enough. And when I do eat, after a few bites, I'm stuffed, and feeling bloated and sick. Hopefully getting my gallbladder out will help with this.
Vitamins...I'm lazy, and forget. I need to start up a morning routine. Instead of waking up, rolling out of bed, getting dressed, and heading out,
I need to get up, make something to eat, drink some water/juice/coffee, then wash my face, brush my hair/teeth, etc. , and TAKE MY VITAMINS.
They're in my bathroom on my makeup counter, so there's no excuse if I have a routine like that.
I did really good on exercising this week, though. I'm super proud of myself. Lets just hope the scale is nice to me next week. :)
