Well. I was up at 6:30.... Then i went back to bed at 7:30-12. Geez. This is hard. I'm thinking the 2 am bedtime plays a big role in my drowsiness.
I ate a yogurt cup, half of an applebees roast beef and mushroom swiss melt, and then took my vitamins/ pills.
(vitamin d, chromium piccalate, centrum for women multi, magnesium, and claritin. ) I forgot to do my nasal spray. Oops. >>
I'm on my way to class atm, a and p, and lab. I studied and reviewed ch 7-9 before i got ready and strted the exam study guides. Hoping that helps me catch up.
No idea what I'm going to do for dinner, something light, then I'm going to try to work out, as long as I'm not too tired.
Ive got 3 more pounds to lose this month. I can do this! I'm getting my life back on track finally. :)
