(Day one)



I weighed in (will add pictures later tonight) at 244.8.

I ate 5 rits low sodium crackers and 10 or so colby jack cheese cubes on Tuesday for lunch/breakfast.

Then, for Dinner, I ate most of a appetizer sampler at applebees, with more wings subbed in for the quesadillas. I know I shouldn't have, but it looked so good, and I was sooo hungry. =/ I felt so bad afterwards.

I did 35 minutes of a zumba class that morning, as well.

And I had 2 bottles of water, one bottle of V8 splash with 2g sugar, and a cup of vanilla chai tea with vanilla creamer in it.


Today, I've had a cup of vanilla chai tea, a yoplait delights cup w/ 100 calories, and 3 rits crackers, and 2 weight watchers mozzarella cheese sticks.

I'm about to go eat lunch at grape garden, though, so I might not eat dinner, or try to eat light tonight.

I get out of my night class around 9, but I really want to play kinect tonight, and do it on workout mode, so I can burn calories.
